Our menu features shareable plates, fresh local seafood, and signature dry-aged steaks, expertly cooked in our Josper charcoal oven for a rich, smoky flavour.


Complementing the food is our 240-bottle award winning wine cellar, including a rare 27-year vertical of Penfolds Grange Magnums.


With warm lighting, plush seating, and seamless service, COAST Kitchen offers a refined yet relaxed setting—perfect for special occasions or a memorable night out.

Our Menu

Our menu has been designed to share. While solo indulgence is entirely up to you, we find that the true essence of these dishes are best captured by multiple forks.  Please be advised that all parties of 11+ are required to dine from our Savouring Coast Banquet.


Lunch:

Thursday-Sunday | 12.00-3.00pm


Dinner:

Tuesday-Sunday | 5.30-8.30pm

THE JOSPER

Our premium steaks are expertly seared at 350 degrees in a Josper charcoal oven, artfully employing the essence of native red gum wood. This meticulous process imbues each cut with an unparalleled and unmistakably unique smoky barbecue flavour.


Steaks are cooked to chefs recommendation and thoughtfully sliced to share, unless otherwise advised. All gluten free.

Banquet

Explore the flavours of COAST with our signature banquet. Please note, all parties of 11 or more are required to dine from our set banquet menu. We are happy to adjust the banquet to accommodate dietary preferences—simply inform your server during your visit.
